Relaunch Studio is a Shopify infrastructure and replatforming consultancy registered in Romania. Our website is relaunch-studio.com.
When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Relaunch Studio. When we say "you," we mean anyone who visits our website or submits information through it.
Two categories of data are collected on this site.

We do not create user accounts. We do not process payments on this website. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with ad networks.
Contact form submissions — to respond to your inquiry about our services. That's the only thing we do with that data. We will not send you marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content unless you explicitly opt in.
Analytics — to understand which content brings people in, which pages help them decide, and where the site falls short. We use it to improve what we publish, never to profile individuals or sell ads.
Contact form submissions are delivered to our internal team and stored on Shopify infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Contact form submissions are never shared with anyone outside our team. The only third party that receives anonymised analytics signals is Google (see the Analytics section).
We retain your contact form data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or for as long as necessary to complete our business relationship — whichever is longer. After that, we delete it.
If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.
This site uses two categories of cookies:
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics.
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand site usage and improve the content we publish.
What it sees: pages visited, referring site, approximate location (country / city level), device and browser type, session duration, and basic interaction events. We do not pass personal identifiers (name, email) to Google.
Retention: Google retains analytics data for up to 14 months, then automatically deletes it.
Where data is processed: Google processes analytics data on servers located in the US and the EU. Google is an independent data processor under GDPR.
How to opt out: you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block analytics in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.
We do not use Google Analytics for advertising remarketing, audience signals, or any feature that links analytics data with advertising profiles.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Our services are designed for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we've received data from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority:

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes (like adding analytics tracking), we'll make it clearly visible on the website.
